Shelly joined the Soroptimist International organization of Ramona because she believes in their value of women serving to improve the lives of women and girls in both local communities as well as around the world. With her enthusiasm and positive attitude, Shelly became the youngest President in the Ramona chapter from 2009-2011 and was successful in improving the diversity of the charter by encouraging younger women entrepreneurs in joining this exclusive sorority.
In 2014, Shelly partnered with the Friends of Ramona Unified Schools (FORUS) non-profit organization whose purpose is to fill financial gaps for health and safety projects on Ramona school campuses. Shelly and her H5 Financial team has held numerous fundraising events raising over $60,000 in aid; additionally, with each mortgage loan closed, Shelly donates a percentage of her earnings where her total contributions exceed $100,000! In addition to FORUS, Shelly also gives scholarships to High School students and in 2021 planned and led a High School Senior Prom for three Ramona schools when the district was unable to due to COVID restrictions.
Shelly and her H5 Financial’s philanthropy also extends to Veterans and families in need by adopting families who have experienced tremendous loss or fallen on hard times. She brings joy to these families by providing meals over both Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays as well as providing gifts and financial blessings to ease the strain.
Shelly has been proudly married to Doug Heimer for 19 years and they have three wonderful daughters, Karlie (16) and twins Cadence and Reagan (14).

You have to act fast and stay on top of listing or the houses will sell before you can even make an offer. Tarrah was recommended by H5 financial. My biggest concern was getting a realtor who is honest and won't pressure me to change my mind. After our first call she already had viewings for homes the next day. Once we wanted to send an offer she had it ready within hours. Even though we closed she is still responsive to my questions.
